• Check out latest by 12:00’.Luggages can be safely kept in the hotel until time of departure.
• Cancellation Policy
• For cancellations up to 21 days before the date of arrival, deposit will be fully refunded.
• For later cancellations or 'no-shows', no refund will be made.
• Reservations by phone are confirmed by receipt of 30% deposit of the total cost.
• online reservations are confirmed by receipt of 15 % deposit of total cost.
• Guests will compensate Maistrali Apartments for any loss/damage.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Rates are per room/night unless otherwise stated.
• Breakfast is included in the room rate unless otherwise specified .
• A/C  is free of charge.
• Standard rooms are equipped with 1 double bed or 2 single beds and have views in the internal of the complex or the mountain across.
• Superior pool view rooms  are equipped with 1 double bed or 2 single beds and overlook the swimming pool
• Superior sea view rooms are equipped with 1 double bed or 2 single beds and have magnificent views to Ionian Sea and swimming pool.
• Maisonettes are equipped with 1 double – bed and 2 single beds strictly for 4 people .
• There is surcharge for one extra bed.
• De luxe rooms  are equipped with 1 double – bed and 2 single beds.
• Safety deposit boxes are available in the room free of charge .
• All prices include VAT and local taxes .
