• Check out latest by 12:00’.Luggages can be safely kept in the hotel until time of departure.
• Cancellation Policy
  • For cancellations up to 21 days before the date of arrival, deposit will be fully refunded.
  • For later cancellations or 'no-shows', no refund will be made.
• All reservations are confirmed by receipt of 30 % deposit of total cost.
• Guests will compensate Maistrali Apartments for any loss/damage.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Rates are per room/night unless otherwise stated.
• A/c charge is 6.00 euros per day.
• Surcharge for one extra bed is 10%.
• Studios are equipped with 2 single beds.
• Apartments are equipped with 1 double – bed and 2 single beds.
• Safety deposit boxes are available at reception area at the cost of 10.00 euros per week.
• All prices include VAT.
